- All India Delivery: 2–8 business days, depending on courier and logistics.

- Free: Within 150 km radius of Agra
- ₹100: Beyond 150 km

10. Exchange Policy
- Only size exchange is allowed
- Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping for exchange will be covered by SERIEN. If free shipping was originally applied, the customer may need to pay for the return shipment.
