Orders from SERIEN are shipped from our own stores, warehouses, or third-party logistics partners in India.
1.1 Delivery Timelines
Agra Local Delivery: Same-day delivery (depending on order placement time)
All India Delivery: 2–8 business days from receipt of order and payment
Deliveries are made by SERIEN staff, third-party courier companies, or postal services, usually between 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday–Saturday.
1.2 Goods Receipt
Deliveries must be signed for upon receipt.
SERIEN is not responsible for goods signed by someone other than the person ordering the product.
SERIEN is not responsible for damages after delivery.
Incorrect addresses provided during ordering may lead to non-delivery; SERIEN is not liable in such cases.
1.3 Claims for Shortage or Damage
If you receive damaged or incomplete orders:
Report any shortages or damages on the day of delivery via WhatsApp, email, or contact us page.
Shortages or damages must be noted and signed on the Proof of Delivery copy and returned to the delivery personnel.
2. Delivery Charges
Shipping and handling charges are applied based on the delivery location:
Free Shipping:
Within a 150 km radius of Agra
₹100 Shipping Charge:
Beyond 150 km from Agra
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before making payment.
2.1 Payment Method
Important: Only prepaid orders (UPI / online payment) are accepted.
3. Important Notes
Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
SERIEN reserves the right to delay or modify deliveries due to logistical issues, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances.
For exchanges, shipping will be provided by SERIEN, but if the original order was free-shipping, customers may be required to pay return shipping costs.
